This is the third time I have hired The Custom Touch to do work at my Lake Monticello home. I have been very happy with the results each time. The owners are easy to reach and easy to talk too. The crew is reliable, pleasant, works hard, pays fantastic attention to detail, and delivers neat work. Pricing is comparable to other quotes. I felt safe being home while they worked but also comfortable with leaving the property with them onsite. I would definitely recommend Shawn, Hugo and their crew and would hire them again.

Shawn and his team are awesome and efficient. I got on their schedule quickly and they showed up when they said they would (thatâ s difficult these days!) I hired them initially to remove the textured ceiling in my house, but ended up having them paint the entire interior. Their attention to detail is impeccable! 100% will be using them again and recommending!

Shawn and his team were very polite and respectful. Customer service was a huge priority. I ended up needing 2 coats instead of 1, which cost me more, but they did a nice job and I would hire them again.
