The owner of the company came by twice to make sure everything was perfect. He has been remolding and has been building pools for over forty years. I have referred two customers to him already who have seen his work.

Custom Pools did an excellent job with new tile and new plaster on our 27 year old pool. They showed up as expected and cleaned up after their work. Their salesman made some suggestions that helped us choose the placement of the tile and the correct color of the plaster to give the pool water a nicer shade of blue than our original plaster. They returned phone calls promptly and the only delay was due to a week of rainy weather. I would have appreciated a little more detail in their instructions for restarting the pool but otherwise we are very satisfied with the project.

Easiest remodel I have done. They do their job, and were quiet, clean and accommodating. They finished on schedule and did a magnificent job. Our pool looks fabulous and I appreciate the competency of the crew. Matt and Daniel were terrific.

Started ahead of schedule. Had a little time between prep and plaster but finished ahead of overall schedule. Only negative is last minute communications. Overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this company

They did a great job, on time. They just need to clean up a little better. plaster splatters on the side of house and all over the pool equipment.
