Jesse is wonderful at what he does. He helped clean out a home full of items prior to me listing it. As others have stated, he is passionate about repurposing as many items as he can. He does have his process and he likes to work alone to "get in the zone" and he will stay as long as it takes. This was a huge undertaking and Jesse helped me with removing as much as he could that would have ended up in the landfill. And sidenote, he packs like no one I have ever seen! So organized. He is honest, caring and found items that he returned, or asked about, before assuming they were to be removed. Additionally, he will work with you on your budget and timeline and if needed, will do his best to alter his workload to accommodate everyone. I will definitely be using Nivana Junk Removal in the future.

Jesse is an amazing person and hard worker! We had him come out for a large removal of old sod, mulch, and granite stone in our yard. It was much more than we had the tools to do. We are quite out of the way of his normal clientele, but he not only made time to come out and understand the project, but listen to the 3 times the scope changed. He met us with patience, understanding, flexibility and a fair price. He squeezed in and finished our project in 2 days, which is much faster than I anticipated being we had granite he had to dig out and sift through! He went above and beyond to leave everything clean and orderly too. Such a pleasure to work with him that I wish we had more jobs. Our backyard is now a canvas prepped and ready to make beautiful. Cannot recommend him enough. 🤩

Jesse was great to work with, as he understands the needs of his customers immediately and does his job in a timely manner. We chose him based on his philosophy and work ethic, which he strongly believes in and adheres to by recycling, repurposing, and giving away what he can; if he cannot do those things, he disposes of items properly. The thing we really liked about Jesse was how personable he was and how he lived his philosophy. We needed him for a garage cleanout plus the removal of small appliances and a number of computer components so we could have the garage door opener replaced. Jesse worked well into the night to make this happen for my sister, who was just out of the hospital. I have to say the garage was filled to the ceiling, so this was no small project for one day. As he was going through her odds and ends, he found some family pictures of old relatives and gold earrings, all of which he returned! Jesse was absolutely fantastic in the removal of our very large shed in the backyard. He did it efficiently & was a pleasure to work with.

He came and removed some junk from the side of my house, a dresser, and a wooden play set that was falling apart. He worked diligently to complete the job, even as it got dark and started to rain really hard. By the time everything was loaded up, he was soaked, but still smiling! We had an amazing experience with Jesse. First of all, he replied right away and was able to make room in his schedule when I told him I needed the job done ASAP. We agreed on a price and the overall process was very smooth. We had done a large front/backyard clean up and had lots of branches, palm tree leaves, and yard waste. Jesse completed the work way before the time we needed it to be done. We are more than happy with the way he left our front yard, picked up everything and made sure the curve was clean. 10/10 job well done! The only regret I have is that I didn't call him earlier. I have literally never in my life dealt with an individual who was so professional, prompt, and excelled at their job.
