My mom passed away 3 months ago and we needed help in the Ocala area with moving some trash, furniture and refrigerator from her home to a landfill. We found Jesse's company and he was able to come out the next day and get the job done for us. Since we were from out-of-town, and we were only in Ocala area for few days, we appreciated his quick response and helpfulness during these emotional times. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jesse. He listened carefully to what I needed him to do and completely understood. It's quite rare to find someone who responds to what the customer wants rather than what he assumes or expects the customer to want. Jesse is one of those rare individuals. He arrived on time (a little early which was wonderful) and immediately began to work. He was conscientious, very pleasant to talk with but totally respectful of my time and never paused from his work. I had a lot of stuff to remove from my backyard and garage â many heavy big pieces as well as small unwieldy pieces â and I thought it would be hard to fit it all into a single truckload. But Jesse took on the challenge and I enjoyed watching him fit everything in. Previously I had told some of my co-workers that I had hired someone I found through Home Advisor for my project. Several of them asked for my feedback after the project was complete. Now there is NO question in my mind that I will hire Jesse again when I need more work, and I will definitely recommend him highly to my co-workers. Finallyâ ¦ the cost of the job was more than reasonable!
