I rarely write reviews but consider the reviews of others when in need of assistance on a project. In this case, CustomScapes was hired to replace plants/bushes in 5 flower garden areas as of result of the devastating winter storm in North Texas. Not only did Juan and his assistants do an exceptional job, I believe they also went above and beyond with my original expectation at no additional cost. Juan is very knowledgeable about plants, and I found him to be extremely prompt and dependable. They weeded, removed old mulch, planted, fertilized, mulched and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. I would surely recommend them for any landscaping needs and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Juan was very professional and easy to work with. I received 3 quotes. Custom Scapes was tied with one other for lowest. The difference was that he supplied a 3d rendering of the work and a quicker finish time. We were not disappointed. The work was excellent and we could not be happier.

Juan was awesome. They did a design and put us on the schedule within 48 hours. Not only did they clean out the existing landscaping(weeds), once the install was done he walked me through the maintenance of the new plants. I Highly recommend this business. Our first encounter with Custom Landscape was observing Juan and his crew complete a project in our surrounding area. My husband and I loved the design in the front yard and how this design magnified the beauty of the home. We asked Juan for his business card and were immediately impressed by his warmth and professionalism. Like so many others, we googled reviews on Custom Landscape and were not surprised with the 5-star reviews/comments; because after meeting Juan, we expected nothing less. He works with his wife who designs 3-D images of the proposed project/design. Juan then shows the pictures and thoroughly explains things, such as the sample materials and plant selections. He also made sure to disclose the time frame for completion of the project. Besides designing and implementing a beautiful front yard landscape, Juan and his crew designed and put in a lovely stone walkway which added a charming quality to the house. He also added this same stone design to the side of our home which accented the windows and brick design that was not evident before. Many neighbors have stopped by to tell us how beautiful the house looks. My next-door neighbor has hired them for a project at their home; besides complimenting on the beautiful work that was done, they commented how impressed they were with the professionalism and work ethic of the crew. We whole heartedly recommend using Custom Landscape. It was truly a pleasure working with Juan. This family business is an example of how pride of ownership and good old hard work achieves great results.
