Juan went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of, especially with the sprinkler system, which had to be attended to while laying down the sidewalk.

Through the years I have had a number of people work on different projects; however, this is the first time I have ever been kept abreast with everything that is going on. Juan Rodrigues was the gentleman we were working with and he is extremely customer friendly. He was knowledgeable of the different types of plants and grass that would work in our area. The crew he brought to work on our yard were friendly and extremely hard working. The one thing that made a strong statement was their punctuality. That alone told me that they all take the job serious. When the job was completed, everything was clean and tidy. Before Juan left he gave us the instructions needed to maintain our new grass. If anyone you know is looking for a fantastic landscaping team, I highly recommend these guys. They are top notch!

Juan Rodriguez is a nice guy and a hard worker; however, he is not able to do all the things he tries to do. Custom Landscape who is Juan Rodriguez, installed a new back yard flagstone walkway that failed and was unsafe to walk on. He used inferior materials of "too thin" flagstone, with many small pieces, that others called "seconds". Juan used a base that broke down and crumbled. On his last visit he said his supplier does not sell that base material anymore. He would not correct the job unless we re-hired him to dispose of the material and install a new walkway. We are replacing the walkway with better quality materials, thicker flagstone and a stable base We are told that our lawn was over-fertilized. For 2 seasons, Juan was providing the lawn care service (like a True Green or Scott's). The first year was good, but the second year all went to h___. We are replacing the lawn with new sod this Spring with another landscaper. One of Juan's crew scalped our Asian Jasmine down to the dirt last Spring. Juan said he would replace some of the plants, but never did so. We are spending a bundle re-doing these projects this Spring. We could not afford to re-hire Juan again!

They do a great job on every thing and give you all the answers on what you had done Juan is a great guy

Juan and his crew were very professional. Juan continues to come by to insure that the sod is being properly maintained prior to the first cut. They did an excellent job and more. I will recommend Custom Landscape to others and I will hire them again for other work related projects.
