depend who you are sent. last housecleaner was very critical of prior work and intended to relay her opinion on. she said there was no excuse for what was done abd she would see things were improved. in any respect they were all better than my prior service. there were several sceduling gliches as well at the last moment,i.e., day of service

I originally meant this review for the whole season. We were served by several house cleaners. Not as dependable as I would have liked -- coming late, missing appointments, could not stay as long as needed. Generally the work was certainly acceptable. Will probably use again next year. Sometimes missed some areas needing cleaning.

I really liked the person assigned to me, however, I think she was overbooked. She didnt come until 2:30 and by then I think she was too tired to do the kind of job I would have liked. Some weeks it was fine, but most weeks she did not clean my bathroom floors, not even vacuumed. I had to ask to have them washed, and maybe I am too picky but bathrooms can get yucky and I think everything needs washed every time, I even had to call her back from loading her car to clean my bathtub one week. The vacuuming was okay, but she did not move anything just swept around things. She did a lovely job on my kitchen and thats why I think if she had an earlier appointment she would have been more thorough.

I had issues with the initial housekeepers provided. However, Bobbie worked with me in a professional way and made a change. I am very pleased with the new housekeeper and plan to continue with her next year. Bobbieâ s willingness to make sure I was satisfied speaks well of her and her business. I highly recommend.
