Custom Cleaning Service

I am disabled and low-income. I used this service in the past but was not satisfied with the arrangements we agreed on; they weren't able to provide monthly maintenance after the initial deep-cleaning. I also asked them NOT to clean certain areas which I could do myself using my own non-toxic cleaning materials. They were very professional and very expensive, but I won't be able to use them again.

Do not believe what you are told by this company!!! I live out of state and ordered a deep cleaning for my disabled brother to include: carpets shampooed, inside windows washed, walls washed, his bathroom cleaned and the refrigerator. Three women showed up and argued about who was supposed to bring the carpet shampooer. They couldn't wash the walls as promised because they aren't insured to stand on a ladder. Never mentioned to me upon hiring. Skipped windows. Did not do the refrigerator. Conducted a basic cleaning that I could have hired a church member to do for less than $350. I requested my money back or send another work crew out to complete what I ordered. The owner Bobbi refused and stopped communication with me. These are hard times for everyone, especially those of us from Maine but mostly for our disabled honorable men and women who the state can not adequately fund due to supporting people not from our country/state. Now, add on wasting money on a cleaning company that can not follow through with what they agreed to. Better get everything in writing if you want to hire this bunch!!! Save your time and money and hire someone else!!!

Trudy is the best! Keeps the trains running on time. I really need to be able to trust Trudy and Bobbi as my vacation rental property is 1000 miles aways.

I was not happy at all .I asked to have everything brought to me to decide what could be thrown away many things in my bathroom was discarded by cleaning ladies that I would like to have kept they cleaned the bathroom and didn't even clean the shower. One of the girls took 5 smoke breaks in 4hours. I did tip them each $20. I did tell the lady on the phone I will have them back on Friday and will remain in side the house. Because I really need this done. I paid $64.an hour for this that's over 3 times more than I make an hour. Once the job is done I wont have them back.
