I do foster care for Last Hope Inc. One of my foster dogs had decided to use my son's room to go potty in a few times so I decided it was time to have a professional come out. The man that came out was over a hour late for the appointment. He cleaned the carpet going over it only once quickly and started packing up his van....well I could still smell the urine while I was just standing there so I ran my hand over the carpet and could really smell the urine so I told him and he came back in and went over it again quickly. To make a long story short the carpet still smells like urine making the room stink even thought I paid an extra $15 for en

Within minutes of my inquiry on line I received a phone call from the owner of Custom Cleans, and was on the schedule for the following day. They arrived on time and did a nice job cleaning the carpets.

I just had my carpet cleaned by Custom Cleans. Kurt did an awesome job. He got out stains previous cleaners could not get out. You cant beat the value for the cost. Will I hire him again?------ Yes and will also recommend him to all my friends
