David dis an amazing job! My carpet looks beautiful. He communicated with me and outlined exactly what he was going to do. The cost was exactly as he estimated. And his estimate was several hundred lower than some others. He was here on time. Got right to work. The cleaning took far less time than it takes me to do it with my old Bissell. Just all around great service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with David Saunders from Custom Carpet Cleaning! He was punctual, professional, and truly an expert at what he does. David was also incredibly kind and thoughtful—he clearly loves animals and made sure our front door stayed closed while moving equipment in and out so our pets were safe. We just moved into a home with one large area carpet that was stained, smelly, and honestly pretty disgusting. David absolutely transformed it—every stain and odor is gone, and it looks (and smell) like new! He even took the time to explain his equipment and answer all of our questions along the way. We will definitely be repeat clients and already plan to call him again in the spring. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a true professional who goes above and beyond!

I am amazed at how clean and beautiful my rugs look today! The living room rug, especially, which was the dirtiest of all. Dave did an amazing job in a heat wave AC couldn't get below 77 degrees. He worked hard to get all the stains out and there were more than seven areas on a off white carpet. I would recommend his level of commitment to customer satisfaction to anybody
