Mr Tyler was on time both to provide the estimate as well as to do the work . Delivered exactly what was agreed on and I. The time period he said it could be done. Professional and respectful.

Posts and rails were supposed to be redwood but instead installed Doug fir which he said I agreed to. My copy of the text message clearly indicated otherwise. Had to redo posts and rails twice due to poor workmanship. The contractor balked at putting a landing at the bottom of the steps, trimming out the exposure around the framing, and tried to add a fuel charge to the bill that was not mentioned in the estimate.

Showed up, texted me saying they could not find all the hardware (all was there), and said they were leaving. They could have called me but it was obvious by the lack of communication to my response that he did not want the job. Ruined a surprise for my husband.
