As soon as we signed the contract, John started sending his men to begin the project. He followed through with all he told us he would do to build a separate carport/storage building that matched our house.

It was hard to find brick to match but John brick guy did a great job. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

I cannot recommend CBR (owner John Stallard). Multiple failed inspections and lack of attention to detail as well as an extremely slow pace of work were the main issues. What was promised (verbally) to be completed in 60 days, took over 5 months. On top of that were the little surprises that they expected me to furnish electrical fixtures, door knobs etc. They even wanted me to pay for one of the extra inspections. My garage door does not have a button on the inside to open it. There is still an air gap under the back door going to the outside. My yard is full of chunks of concrete and brick. The roof is wavy and still has a visible height difference where it joins the existing roof. These are just a few of the issues. I suspected I was in trouble when I could never get a copy of the contract that was signed by the owner John Stallard.

Morris Construction did an excellent job on creating a well designed and personalized garden shed. Josh Morris cares very much about the quality of his work and made sure that I was completely satisfied. He is currently working on yet another project for me because he did so well on the first one.

He's done work for me 3 times. The last thing he did was my roofing and they only took 2 days, and they did a fantastic job. We are very satisfied, and we would hire them again.
