Stephen washed my windows last week, and while they look a lot better than before he came (we had not had them cleaned in two years) I was a little disappointed for a few reasons: He had called me and pitched his service (window interior/exterior, sills, screens cleaned) for $9per window. He came in above other quotes I got, but I chose him because he seemed like he had been doing this a long time and could do a quality job. When he left I took closer inspection of the job and realized that he didn't wash the screens at all (they're filthy), and most sills required me to re-wash them since he has quickly swiped them with a dirty rag leaving streaks of dirt and on the white paint. The sills still had piles of dirt in the corners, and I had to wipe up the hard wood floors because drips of dirty water had fallen below the widow. Granted, these windows were very dirty, so you might have a better experience than I, but for really dirty jobs I wouldn't recommend this company. Steven was nice and prompt, but the work didn't meet my expectations.

Steve did a wonderful job! Some of our windows were more difficult, but both my husband and I loved the outcome. He called quickly and was on time the date we chose. We have him returning for another project. We both love the fact that he has the experience Great job! Thank you.
