Three guys came from this business. They arrived at 8:30 in the morning on a Monday. No problem there. Before they arrived I had called, texted several times and I mean several times right there that should have been the red flag. But no I end up going out to his business in Sebastopol and leaving him a note. So back to the 8:30 in the morning on Monday. My bad for not checking up on them. They did everything practically wrong. What I had was dry rot, I have a composite deck and composite steps they were just supposed to take the composite steps off replace the wood underneath and put the composite steps right back on how they came off,WELL that didn't happen. They took the bottom step put it up to the top and flipped it over now it's a different color. When they took that step and put it to the top it wouldn't fit so they ended up gouging out a part of my composite steps that had nothing wrong. They were supposed to put this cement boarding look looks like layered bored with cement behind it it's a good material but they didn't plummet it's all crooked it doesn't go straight across. I am so unhappy that they took advantage of a woman on Social Security. I do not recommend these people they are not professionals he says he's a licensed contractor LOL very disappointed, I am in tears over it because they made it look worse than what it was. I am trying to get them to come back and fix it but they won't answer my calls. Do not use these people

Armando and his crew have been fabulous with our kitchen renovation. We are currently in our second week of work and ahead of schedule even though we have added tasks to his to do list that were not on the original scope of work. Keeps us posted on the progress and what he'll be doing next so we have been easily able to coordinate other items such as cabinet and appliance deliveries. Very pleased so far and looking forward to our new kitchen.

Creativo did a quality job while repairing some dry-rot on our West County home. Jose was quick to respond to all my requests and did a high-quality, professional job. While in the project, we discovered additional dry-rot hiding behind some boards. Jose pointed it all out, made recommendations and got my approval before adding to the original scope. Jose also worked with me on a couple of "on-the-fly" add-on tasks. Jose added these extras to his check list and saw they were completed to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased with the performance, skill and commitment to our project. They showed up on-time and finished (including cleanup!!) within their estimated timeline. I highly recommend Creativo and will certainly use them again in the future!

The Creativo team was all around wonderful to work with. They were punctual, starting and completing the project in a appreciated time frame for the project size. As items requiring changes to the scope appeared, they were accommodating and quick to provide an estimate and complete with the project schedule in mind. As for the craftsmanship, the attention to detail and effort made to make our deck a beautiful space was really appreciated. These guys are great to work with and hit it out of the park! Thanks!
