I found Karie Dunahay at Creative Staging & Interior Design through a web search, and I’m so glad I did. Even though we never met in person, Karie made the entire process smooth, professional, and incredibly effective. From our first phone call, she was responsive, clear, and had immediate availability. Her pricing was very competitive, and she kept me informed every step of the way. The staging looked fantastic and really highlighted the strengths of the home. Thanks in large part to Karie’s work, my home went under contract in less than two weeks. If you're looking for a home stager who is reliable, efficient, and great at what she does—even remotely—I highly recommend Karie. She exceeded my expectations and played a big role in the successful sale.

Karie provided a substandard product and after removing the furniture prior to the open house of the home, refused to refund my deposit. Karie was given two opportunities to stage the main room and master bedroom. Her first attempt yielded in quite possibly the smallest couch I've ever seen and a lamp shade with a giant dent. Karie suggested that I rotate the lamp the hide the dent. Her second attempt yielded a couch that was frayed all along the bottom and torn up both sides on the back. I asked Karie to remove the furniture and refund my deposit because her efforts and my expectations were misaligned. Karie removed the furniture but is refusing to refund my deposit under the premise that I rejected her third effort to bring a "brand new couch" which was never communicated to me. Even if the offer was made it would have been rejected because her taste and style were completely disjointed from the house she was staging. Just say no to doing business with Karie!
