I called creative concrete for a patio to replace my deck. They were prompt and reliable. They came and talked through my ideas and gave some of their own. They went above and beyond with the design and answering my questions. The value was incredible and the cost was better than any concrete quote i got. Ty the owner is very personable and the workers professional and competent.

Completely satisfied with work performed. Went above and beyond while waiting for concrete they leveled and raked out pile of soil in front yard. Who does this? Highly recommend loving my new stamped patio. Thanks Tye

None of the projects listed apply to the job. I needed someone to seal my sidewalk and patio. My patio had a low spot because the original person that put in the patio didn't level it right and I had a constant puddle in the middle of my patio. So before applying the sealer a couple of channels were cut into the cement so the water has a place to go. Ty was very nice and was attentive to what I explained needed to be done. He needed to apply three coats because my patio is old and said he would come back in the Spring and apply another coat.

This company is the real deal!! The owner Ty was great!! They were very neat & clean, they were very careful not to disturb and of my landscaping other than where the project was. Creative Concrete removed our old patio and sidewalk, installed a new stamped stained patio and sidewalk, and also removed and replaced steps that a prior contractor had not installed to code. Ty and his guys are extremely hard-working, professional and Ty did exactly what he said he would do. He went above and beyond the original plan by replacing rotted wood they found under the sliders to the patio with composite board and flashing. He made sure we were happy with plans before moving forward, kept us informed every step of the project, continually got our input and kept us appraised of the status of the work. He did a walk-through when it was completed to be sure we were pleased. The project was completed on time at the cost he estimated, and it is beautiful!! I look out at the patio and think it looks like a work of art and couldnâ t be happier. I would highly recommend Creative Concrete. Ty is a pleasure to work with â thereâ s no one better.

Had selected Creative Concrete to do a stamped concrete pool patio. Initially, they were great to deal with. - Pricing was good overall and stated they only take money when the job is done. They asked for money on various occasions along the way. - While preparing the area for the concrete, they hit a sprinkler line with the skid steer, and they thought they repaired it, but they did not. I notified them of this, and they did come back however, they never told me what was wrong, and they did not fix anything. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions with no response. - When they installed the stair forms, they were not centered and I had them fix it. They wanted to charge me more money because they had to, supposedly, break it down and re-do it. - While installing the stair forms, they scrapped my decking and just told me it would sand out. It did not. - When they installed the pool cups to hold the shallow end handrails, it looked like they had just eyeballed them and did not measure as the angles and placements are not symmetrical to one another. I had to remove one of the handrails, so they could reinstall it. - They installed a concrete window well and it was not centered. I had to go out, dig it up, level it, and re-center it correctly. Concrete work looks good but was unsatisfied with all the issues along the way and how it was handled. We had asked for a contract, and he never provided one. Also, layouts were not provided and everything was done on the fly.
