Adam and his brother responded very quickly. They showed up on time and did the job requested. Adam seems extremely nice and conscientious about his work. They were professional and personable. We have another project that we are looking to use them to do. We would definitely refer them to others!

I hired this company to thatch my lawn. They responded quickly and got me on the schedule. I explained clearly that I need the yard thatched and the brown spots in my yard removed before seeding. They arrived when scheduled but their work was very poor. When I got home there were 6 bags of clippings that they left out front. The yard looked horrible. The brown spots were still there and there was still thatchings all over the yard. I could run a thatching rake through the grass and still pick up a ton of dead grass. When I called the owner he said the bags were left to ensure payment. He came back out to address the poor work but even then I just got fed up and let them go because they could not get it right and he kept making excuses. I do not know what the previous high marks are for but I would not recommend them.

The customer explained he did not want his yard torn up so we did a light thatch and still got 6 bags. In order to get those dog pee spots out we would have to do a deep that which would tear his lawn up especially the grub scars you have. Sorry, you were not satisfied, and good luck with your thatch rake.

They responded very quickly. I had calls into several other businesses, and Crawford's called and were at my home within 30 minutes of me contacting them. They gave me a fair price for my landscaping needs.
