They did a great job. You couldn't even tell that they were there. They left no mess! If I had to have any complaint. It would be that it took them more time to do the installation then I expected.

Our project - total reroof of house and garage got off to a rocky start. The shingles we selected we no longer available although Courtesy's supply said they were. It left the garage with tar paper only for a week during very heavy rains. Although we were told everything was water tight, it was not! The final job is excellent.

The men were very helpful. They stayed to make sure all the details were finished. They cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them to my friends

The quality of the work was excellent. We are very pleased. Our only issue was with the billing. We felt we were over charged on the time billed. We understood paying for a day included travel time for supplies etc, but when you show up with no supplies and work less than 5 hours that is an expensive day. In addition, we never received a receipt for the materials which we requested. At the end of the day, it doesn't change the quality of the work, but we were disappointed.

Initially we were told it would be a couple of weeks before the job could be done do to prior schedule. They called after one week and said they would be there that day. Two workers showed up for the job lter in the morning. One complained about the job because there was caulk around the windows while he was there but completed the work in just over two hours. After they were finished they were pleasant to talk with.

It took a while for Alside to get all the materials, but we had a lot of custom items in our order. Once they had the materials, Ralph's guys did a great job with the installation. My wife says, "Love it, love it, love it!"

I had two jobs done. The first was a roofing job and the second was my home and out buildings stained. Both jobs were done to my satisfaction. No problems. Well done. I recommend this company.
