Ralph was extremely professional in estimating the job. We had trouble with other companies submitting their estimates but I feel Ralph's price was extremely fair. The work crew was efficient and the end result was a well done job!

I would definitely use them again! They were very prompt and professional. Ralph was always quick to return our calls and was very straightforward in answering all of our questions. When I first contacted them (on a Sunday) I left a voicemail and they called right back. Ralph stopped by and gave me an estimate very quickly. We received other estimates and Courtesy Home Improvements seemed more realistic with their estimate. Other companies wanted to replace things that Courtesy Home Improvements said was not needed, and we appreciated their honesty. They were able to fit us in very quickly (we didn't have a huge project). They originally said 4 weeks (which we thought was a realistic time frame), but they were able to start that same week. We had a slight change during the middle of the repair, and they provided their opinion and were willing to change it with no problems. We will definitely use them again.

Matt tore down the old patio over hang replacing it with the best job I have ever seen. The professionalism he displayed gave us a new patio overhang we can feel secure being under and enjoy for a long time to come.
