The finish looks good. The puddles on the driveway don t. The puddles on the driveway look bad there is not enough slope to have the water run off away from the house

Jim was there for the whole project. You could communicate with him directly throughout the whole project if something came up. He is very careful and the team did excellent work. If you are doing concrete work, I do recommend him.

Coughlin Development was among the best contractors we've ever hired. Jim and his guys arrived when expected, replaced our old small and cracked parking pad with our new, larger, and most beautiful pad in two days. All passed city inspection, cleanup was outstanding, and they even reinstalled many decorative garden border blocks. We could not be more pleased with the professional job done at a price we were happy to pay. We will certainly recommend Coughlin when asked who did our concrete work.
