Had an outlet in my master bathroom go bad. The company sent a technician out and replaced it for $150. The next day the same outlet stopped working. The technician came back out and found the other outlet in the bathroom was bad and they were in a serial circuit which was causing the issue. The technician called the owner and he charged me another $185 to replace the 2nd outlet. FYI, instead of $150 like the 1st time it was $185 because the tech had to go to Home Depot (which is 2.4 miles from my house) to get another outlet I can understand charging me for the cost of the 2nd outlet but another $150 for a missed diagnosis from the original trip??? My only question is would it have been $335 for 2 outlets in one trip if it was properly diagnosed?
