Ken Cook replaced our sprinkler timer with the latest model. He figured out the poor programing instructions that came with it. He was punctual and when another job caused him he was careful to call and tell us the delayed time for our installation. Ken is a very pleasant person to deal with.

Had sprinklers that worked from the box, but not main timer. He took the time to trace the problem. Explained cost prior to doing work, and fixed.Took almost six hours, but he explained everything and I watched them work. My lawn has almost recovered. Reasonable for amount of work.

Prompt

Came when he said he would. Knew what he was doing, and had the new parts he would need on his truck. Gave me a bid, it was very reasonable for the amount of time and work he had to do to dig up and replace the sprinkler valve.

Honest

The repairs were more involved that expected, so he had to come back two more days and charge more than he originally bid, but he kept us informed as he went along and stuck with the job until it was done.

Two things to consider before making your decision to hire. First, get your free bid in writing, we were charged $450 over the original bid. Second, make sure BOTH parties agree the job is complete before paying, we still don't have a working sprinkler system. Tried for months to make contact to make arrangements to finish the job, calls and texts are ignored.
