First project: Gerard and his crew changed my garage into a beautiful family room with a heated floor. Second project: Gerard's company renovated a house & basement. Walls and floors refinished, bathroom & kitchen stripped, and reinstalled everything new. The electric and plumbing were done to pass inspection. And the basement floor was waterproofed. This was not a cheap job that will fall apart in a few years. When I wanted to make changes, it was an easy discussion with Gerard. Highly recommend!

I hired Gerard Bernasconi (Bernasconi Construction) to remodel my kitchen and install a window where there wasn't one before. He had a great can-do attitude. He and his team showed up on time to work every day. When removing the soffit in my kitchen a major roof leak was discovered. Gerard was able to re-roof my house quickly and then continued to complete the work on my kitchen. He installed new cabinets, new appliances, replaced the flooring, installed new lighting and installed the new window. He left my house every day in clean condition. It was easy to discuss ideas with him and make decisions on various changes. Since then I have hired him to remodel three bathrooms and replace my slate entry way with tile. His crew are nice, polite and very respectful of my property and space. Gerard also always answers his phone, which is very important to me. He is responsive and when I have an issue he either comes himself or sends one of his crew right over. For example, my stove died on the very day I was having a houseful of company. I bought a new stove but it couldn't be delivered for two weeks. I called Gerard. He picked up the stove and installed it for me that same day. He consistently went above and beyond on all my jobs. I can't recommend him highly enough. My house looks great!

Gerard and his team were amazing. Our siding looks incredible and Gerard went above and beyond when let him know we didnâ t really line the look of â J Channelâ . He was able to hide all the edges under the trim and it looks like we have wood shake. Highly recommended. He also replaced all of our windows, installed a beam in the attic to open our floor plan and fixed our garage roof from sagging by installing an additional beam and fixing the foundation from sinking.
