Tim did a great job. He came out and assessed the job. This was a real estate transaction, so he made the timeline work for us. He even completed a few of the other items on our punch list. We got the reduced reading as we needed. Tim is willing to support the new owners questions as well. Great job Tim.

This was very small deck repair that just needed nailing but he also pressure washed it and made recommendations for some problems he saw with the house. Very good price and pleasant to work with.

I was pleased with Tims work, both in how he kept the work area clean and how he saved me a pile of money by using the broken pieces I had instead of tearing out and completely replacing my whole door jamb unit. That would have cost a lot more time in both labor and parts. It looks like new and he had to come out twice but his fee was very reasonable.
