Julie is truly amazing. She is very patient and very organized. She has great ideas and works very efficient. She even went shopping for the things we needed for the organization. She truly is one of the best organizers and shes very trustworthy and very sweet. She has come to my house 3 times !!!

We needed advice on how to set up two large closets, install the shelves and arrange the clothes. Her partner installed the shelves while she organized the clothes. They worked quickly, cleaned up after the shelves were installed and we were thrilled because the closets look great. We called Julie back to do our other closets.

Julie talks behind your back during the job

I am shocked to read this review. Not only did we work together and completely de-clutter and organize:2 bedroom, linen, living room and hall closets, but she called me back for a second day to organize her kitchen and desk. When we were done was so happy and thanked me for my work. I have no idea what she was referring to when she said that I talked behind her back, I NEVER answer my phone and always respect the confidentiality of my clients before, during, and after the job.

I hired Julie as she claimed to be a professional at what she does. Not only did she not organize a thing in my home, she left it worse off then it was before she came. I wish I could insert pictures of what she did. All she did was talk talk talk. One hour into it I started getting frustrated but I thought, maybe she will do something eventually. When I spoke to her over the phone she said she does not like to tell people to purchase a bunch of things and yet all she did was walk around telling me to purchase all these things for the next visit. I thought, NEXT VISIT!!! You have not done anything today. What makes you think I am going to waste my money again. Had she even taken an hour to assess and then at least for an hour actually organize something, since that is what she was supposed to be there for in the first place I would have understood. But that is not what happened. I would not refer Julie to my worst enemy. That is how dissatisfied I am! Oh and if you hire her she is going to expect you to help her with the little bit of nothing she is going to do to your home anyways. I am writing this review because I do not want any one else to go through what I went through. She literally RUINED my day!

Dear Nadege, I am sorry that my services were not what you expected. I was trying to follow through on the priorities you laid out with me before we started the project, to set up a bed in the living room for your husbands surgery. You both seemed pleased after he tested the bed I set up for him. I'm sorry if I misunderstood. Typically my sessions are a minimum of 4 hours. I made an exception to accommodate your schedule, coming an hour earlier than scheduled and agreeing to only 2 hours. I cautioned you that it would be impossible to implement large scale de-cluttering changes in such a limited time. Your kitchen and pantry are very cluttered and at storage capacity. I suggested that the area be relieved by finding more efficient ways to us the existing space and by moving some items to the adjacent rooms. You do not have the appropriate tools to work with. The list of suggestions with measurements I prepared is to help you solve this problem by using simple tools available at dollar stores. The text I sent you has links to photos that will help you envision how these tools function. I hope that these recommendations will be a useful resource for you in the future so that you can implement these changes yourselves inexpensively. This will be a long-term process and I wish you and your family all the best.
