The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light.

I should have fired them the first day. Started November 7, 2022 and finished December 20, 2022. They were suppose to come in and gut bathroom down to the studs. They took the paneling off of 2 walls and stopped there. I had to have my son's come in after they got off work and remove the lathe and plaster so the insulation could be put in one wall. Ceilings and walls were to get new sheet rock. They did the 2 walls and tried to skim coat the ceiling. Spent over 3 weeks trying to get ceiling smooth. Wasted many hours. Took out shower and tub to put what was suppose to be a handicap shower in. Could not put in grab bars because they made shower to small for my shower chair to fit in with bars. Put 12x16 tiles in shower and they did not meet with ceiling properly so he put some grey plaster up on top to fill in a 1 inch gap, did not even make it smooth. Got it on ceiling. Left a hole by plug in outlet. Put flooring in that I did not pick out. Made a mess walking in and out of bathroom across my kitchen and on my sunroom floors. Did not clean up after job was complete. Paint job is terrible, plaster job is not done right.

We’re able to look up at our gorgeous new drywall ceiling, (replacing the decades-old material that had literally been falling down around us!) and sleep in peace knowing our family is safe in our home. They painted my entire basement. Bill is good at communicating and responds quickly to phone calls. They did a meticulous job painting my basement, including painting trim, shelves, window trim, doors, and walls. We were very happy with their work and would definitely hire again.
