We worked primarily with Paul Lewis who prepared the bid for our project. The bid was not the lowest nor the highest we received, but Paul was very detailed in understanding the special circumstances that would require customizing some of the work. He was familiar with our type of roofing (steel on a framework over the original shingles). He examined the aluminum framed sunroom carefully. He had his team look at how to work with a second floor deck for which the gutter had to accommodate external bearing posts. They came up with a workable plan. The work was done quickly, expertly, and professionally. The house looks amazing.
