Commercial Gutter-Golden Metal Roofing

I appreciated that a follow-up was done to correct deviations in the roof and strange joining areas which were very challenging. The roof is draining nicely now. The only thing that could have gone better was the paperwork. The initial contract from Robert wasn't really a contract (no $), and it wasn't the product John and I ended up deciding on. So I spent a little time dealing with that, and getting, the contract where I wanted it, which seem to me, to be pretty basic. But overall this is one of the best contractor experiences I've had. Things go wrong; these guys did the right things to fix those couple of things that went wrong!

They were very prompt. Salesman called before coming to house so I knew when he would be he. That was very nice. Work was exactly as ordered.

They did very good work, came when they said they would come, cleaned up after the job. It wasn't cheap. However, they were the only company (from Home Advisor) that responded to my call for an estimate. They responded quickly, made an appointment that was convenient for me, and answered all my questions.

Small job, not the cheapest but very professional, timely and likeable. I'd rather give my money to people I like and are good. I felt they were as attentive to my small job as they would be a larger commercial job.

Paul the Sales Manager of the company was one of the best contractors I have had to deal with in years. He helped me understand what gutter covers I needed and worked with me on pricing. Bladimir the installer was so professional and nice he fixed my downspouts sealed my gutters cleaned my gutters and installed the gutter covers . All the work i have done on my house I have never experienced anyone so committed and so helpful as Vladimir. Debbie inside the office was so pleasant and helpful she made me feel so comfortable. Her attitude was amazing. I would recommend the company 100%
