We hired Comfort Home improvements to replace all siding, windows, soffit & facia, and two sliding patio doors on our home. This was a big project for us and we had installers on site for two weeks or more in total. They were all friendly and professional, willing to answer any questions, and asked our opinion, where needed, about how things might be finished. At the end of the project everything had been properly finished and carefully cleaned up. They demonstrated pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Steven, the owner, was great to work with. He communicates very well and was quick to respond to any calls. In the process of replacing a large window in one of our rooms a piece of furniture, that could not be moved out of the way, was accidentally scratched. We brought that to Steven's attention and he immediately had it fixed. Good as new! We were very pleased working with Steven and his company. We would not hesitate to have Steven and Comfort Home Improvements do work on our home in the future.

Comfort homes improvements is an AMAZING company.I had three other companies come out and give me bids for new windows and siding. Some used high pressure sales tactics which I didn't appreciate. Comfort homes improvements on the other hand was amazing through the entire sales process. They were upfront about pricing and provided the best quote while using top quality materials. If my friends or family needed new siding, windows or doors I'd refer them to comfort home improvements.

They did a great job in the installation of my windows and siding. The people working for Comfort Home Improvements were courteous, took time to answer questions, and were very good to work with. They cleaned everything up at the end of the job and the upgrades to our house look amazing.

My husband and I are Utah transplants coming from Montana. We bought a home sight-unseen that had multiple exterior issues including the siding and windows. I reached out to Comfort Homes to get quotes to help with negations during the buying process. Steven was extremely helpful. He went over to the home within 30 minutes and provided me with honest feedback on the condition of the home as well as a quote without the expectation of selecting him for service. Thankfully, we were able to work in the quote into the purchase and locked in Steven to do the work. We had a different window contractor initially, but due to lack of communication and being misquoted, Steven offered us a window quote. Steven was knowledgeable about the brands and provides a tiered cost approach of (good, better, best) so that we could decide what works for our needs and budget. After locking in the contract, we did have a little bit of communication missteps, but nothing horrible just needed to follow-up. It is the middle of winter and weather was a challenge. Steven worked with us scheduling to help us get what we needed done and not miss work. The front of our home looks amazing. Neighbors are giving a lot of compliments. We have a gutter that didn’t fit after the install that we are still waiting to go back up, but overall, we are happy. We are planning on using Steven for the rest of our home.
