"Roy explained 3 types of cleaning services. Since I hadn't cleaned my chimney in 7 years I chose the most expensive cleaning method that cost $400. Just a regular cleaning is $145. I checked another service provider who offered this same basic cleaning for 185.00. Roy came out a few days of my call when the other had a 2-3 week wait due to the holiday season. Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen.
