I had turned off my furnace since the weather was getting warmer. The next day I noticed the gas smell and had to contact my gas company. A leak was detected, and my service was turned off pending the leak being repaired. I called eight different plumbers for help; most were scheduling 2-4 weeks out. Columbus Gas Pros was referred to me by one of the companies I called. Phil explained what would be required before any work could even begin on the leak and shared average costs for this type of work. The information provided is what made me decide to go with Columbus Gas Pros. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day. When the guys came out to do the work, they were just as thorough about what was needed. Once the repair was done, I was able to get the gas company back out the same day to restore service. Phil was available to me should the gas company have any issues/questions with the repairs that were done. Thank you to all the guys that came out, everyone was genuinely friendly, down to earth, which I appreciate so much more than the button downs I used to call. I am telling everyone about COLUMBUS GAS PROS!
