Reviews
Write a ReviewThese guys were exactly what I wanted. They were FAST and professional. They did more work in a couple of hours than I accomplished in two months. I will hire them again!
Great communication, super respectful and efficient crew did high quality job removing wallpaper and texturing walls. Doug was super kind to complete the job in a timely manner before a holiday. Cost was super reasonable and in line with the quality of work.
There was a small concern but they willingly corrected the problem.
For the work that was accomplished, quality was fine. My issue is that there was a discolored area in a corner where two walls met. Doug just had the crew run a brush over it, even though earlier one of the crew identified it as a tape bubble. So when the brush over dried, the color issue remained. After paying a premium price for the job, he indicated it would be another $200 to come back and fix the bubble. Should have been done right the first time.
The bid indicated that the corner was to be touched up in the dining room as it had been previously painted by another contractor. This was listed on the bid and I did not charge for it, as it was only a touch up. I was not informed that there was a problem nor a bubble in the wall until two weeks after the job was complete. Had I been informed of this at the time it was discovered, I would have had my crew take the proper steps to fix the problem for a nominal fee (less than the $200 I quoted for coming back 2 weeks later). To fix the bubble it would have required cutting out the bubble, mudding out that area, waiting for the area to dry, sanding smooth, texturing, priming new texture and painting. The paint job in the dining room was completed by another contractor I touched up the corner as requested. I know that my crew's quality of paint work is far higher than you are giving me credit for as is evident in prior ratings. I also understand that you are unhappy that a touch up did not fix the preexisting problem in the dining room and am sorry you did not reach out to me at the time the bubble was discovered.
Very pleased
Happy with the work done.
Doug was easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, replied quickly to questions, and followed through on his timeline. Plus, he and his team did quality work and were a pleasure! Tough to find a contractor with that kind of customer-focused service. Thanks, Doug!
Excellent job, good communication ,
