The team at Coen was great! They worked wonders demolishing our old staircase and gave it brand new life, matching all of the details throughout the rest of the house. They were responsive, flexible and easy to partner with on a rather challenging project. Highly recommended and would use again for another project

I highly recommend his company! Andrew, Scott and the Coen Construction Team were great. The bidding process was straight forward and they started the job exactly when they said they would. The workmanship was great and the job site was left clean everyday. They are willing to work with you to ensure that your project is realized right down to the most minute detail.

From the very fair estimate to the project being completed, Scott was respectful and worked to complete our job in a timely manner. The crew was always very polite and respectful as well as skilled in what they were doing. We had a slight issue with the elevation of the deck not meeting the elevation of the door to the deck but once it was brought to their attention, they took everything apart and was able to complete the job in the proper way. They worked hard to keep our yard clean from anything dangerous because we have a 2 year old. They also managed to sand and paint without getting our house messy. They blocked off the work area and cleaned up their area with professionalism!!! The deck has been a life changer for us! I strongly recommend Coen Constructionâ ¦ And we will be sure to call them back in the future if we need their services!

Scott Coen built a deck for us and will also be doing some work on the front porch and walkways. So far we have been thrilled with the quality of his work, responsiveness, and pricing. We recommend him highly and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire him again.
