My repairman installed a nest thermometer and looked at the upstairs AC unit to assess the viability of repair. He concluded that he could not repair it and give me very reasonable quotes for a replacement options.

Communicated directly with Cochran Plumbing and Heating. Very efficient. The plumber who came was polite and highly skilled. Job was done at less than half the price of other quotes. Excellent!

Did not hold up to contract and does not pull inspection slips. Left half the old duct work and did not seal all the old vents. After all that they broke my gas line to my water heater and clamped it off. Now I have to have someone else come in and fix it, Cochran was going to charge me for their mistake. Come on Angie do your background checks before adding idiots that do not know what their doing. Plus they left me damn house a mess. I am speaking to an attorney. Do not email me again or call. That was 10 grand down the toilet very unprofessional.

How dare you? I haven't heard from your attorney because you didn't have a case because I did not break contract but you were here from mine. And you're talking about a 30 year old gas line that is ran not the code from the first place. Oh, and wait must I say again 30 year old gas line ran in the concrete under your package unit I gave you the option to pull a permit and you were wanting to save the $20 I actually thought everything was OK. I was shocked when I read this what did you say about the electrician that was there did you bring him down to not $10,000 thrown away? You have very great equipment there so I will be contacting my attor

Hottest days of summer& the air went out. Angie helped me to find Cochran H&A. He came out the next day, we were hoping a shot of freon would work & did till he left. I called him & he came right back out, checked & it was my blower, which he got right away & put it on the next day( on a Saturday) He was a nice man & got the job done! Very happy with his service! Thank you!
