We hired Jeff to manage an extensive renovation of an older home that we bought in 2021. He managed all elements of the big project including extensive demolition, encapsulating creosote, replacing insulation, installing bathroom vanities, designing and installing a fireplace mantel, tiling a fireplace surround and kitchen backsplash, updating a 1970s kitchen and installing new flooring throughout our home. His communication throughout the 10 month project was excellent - with frequent updates via text, email, and in-person meetings. Jeff managed supply chain challenges, weather delays, and clients with changing ideas (!!) with skill and patience. He was instrumental in bringing our vison to fruition, and was a genuine pleasure to work with.

We hired Jeff Maunes and crew to replace the supporting piers, decking, and extensive finishing/trim work of a quite-large covered porch. Importantly, the job involved correcting structural work that had not been done correctly when the porch was first built. Jeff has many years experience and he understood from the outset exactly what was was needed and what kind of finished product we wanted. Communication was excellent. Jeff and his employees are extremely professional and their workmanship first-rate. Despite frequently uncooperative and cold weather, the project was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company and hope to use its services again.

Jeff's company completed my kitchen in the time they had allotted. He was still available after the project as well for any minor fixes.
