I could not have been more pleased with the service that the technician, Tim, provided, today. He was thorough, did a detailed analysis and cleaning of our HVAC unit. Not only that, the owner personally contacted me once the job is complete and is actually going above and beyond in the follow up care of our unit. as a business owner, myself, I know the value of Customer Service and Mike Hayes and his team of professionals have provided what I would call #GameChangingService Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and I plan on writing a positive review about them on multiple platforms

Mike & Don are the very very bestever. Mike came by & did a complete inspection of our home & he explained everything that they were going to do in detail then he sent Don by to get the correct measurements & as Mike Don was very friendly & very professional & he also walked thru out the whole house inside & outside & told me that they would take great care of us & that it would be done right. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Climate Makers for ALL of your Heating & Air Conditioning needs & PLEASE make sure you ask for MIKE. He is the BEST.
