He was friendly, on time and knew what he was doing. He was clearly technically knowledgeable and comfortable with air conditioners. He found the problem with my air conditioner in just a couple of minutes and even had the part we needed in his truck. Afterward, he answered a few questions we had about our vent system. It was like having our own private technician. We will definitely call him again when we need service.
