Very professional upfront but did not deliver what they promised. Hired them to put insecticide insulation in my attic and clean out old insulation. When the actual crew arrived, they were rude, mouthy, didn't want to remove what had been agreed on, put a foot through the ceiling while working in attic and then tried to say it was already there, didn't put dams around attic hatches so when opened, a to. Of insulation billowed out into tenants living room, stepped on and broke duct work that was brand new, blew insulation into the air handler's water tray. As far as pest control, they put termite bait around house but never inspected/treated house as promised. They continue to send bills for renewal...not going to happen. I highly advise to use someone else.

I apologize for the negative experience you had with Cleggs. I reviewed the notes on your account and see that we did make some mistakes during your insulation service. I also see that my local branch manager reached out after those mistakes were brought to our attention and sent out a supervisor asap to fix those mistakes in addition to refunding a portion of the job paid for. The rep we spoke with at that time in December 2022, Sarah, was happy with the resolution and we fixed our mistakes. I'm sorry we got off to the wrong foot but glad we were able to provide the service originally promised. The only balance owed is for your last quarterly pest control visit of $75. The annual termite renewal was cancelled and adjusted off. If you have any questions regarding your account please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Clegg's quickly responded to our call regarding a huge hornet nest at my rental property in Black Mountain. The entire job took less than 15 minutes AND at a fraction of the cost of other quotes that we were given by other local companies.

Fast service and very reasonably priced mold remediation in my basement, crawlspace, and HVAC ductwork; de-humidifier set-up and quarterly serviced. Highly recommend!
