"Thad and Scotty did a very professional job for me, and they were friendly and polite. They had a very fast response time, and came to rebuild my toilet on the afternoon of the day I called. While here, Thad did a check of all my other plumbing items and saved me a future maintenance call by replacing my washing machine hoses, and adding a safety feature to my waterheater which had never been installed. Scotty even found a knob on their truck to replace the water valve for the toilet which was terribly worn. And they tightened a wobbley toilet seat! Those two things were very thoughtful and nice. "On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. My husband and I will always use this company in the future for any plumbing issues and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. He walked the grounds carefully, he was ready to go under the house, I said no, perhaps it was a leaky toilet. He tighten a new kit down, spent lots of time on it, talked a good bit with me and said he come back for free if it leaked. He was a gentleman and very helpful. "Leaf Relief no doubt does awesome work, but I'm not commenting on that directly here. This is mostly a customer service review. I say they do great work because when I contacted them they were booked up for over a week, but we scheduled it. The owner asked me to contact them if I found someone else to do the work in the meantime because I said I was really concerned since we were going to get a lot of rain. I did find someone that could do it sooner, but, you guessed it, totally forgot to contact Leaf Filter GP! So, they came out as scheduled. I was away at the time, but came back to a bill for the work. Because the error was my own for not contacting them AS AGREED, I was willing to pay the bill, but after talking with the owner, I told him I should at least pay for the time and transportation, so the owner graciously offered a lower amount to cover his costs. He did not have to do this, but because he did, I would gladly do business with his company in the future. Highly recommended! Excellent customer service!"
