I needed a pool heater for a home I had just purchased. I live high in the L.Q. Cove and gas is only available if connected to Propane and electricity hook up was way too expensive due to new California law. Beau informed me of a rarely used Heater Pump used in California. He explained in depth, even figured my electric use and probable cost etc and I decided to go with that. There were no local dealers for this pump and he went out of his way to locate and deliver one for me. He kept me appraised every step of the way. I was having family come to town in 10 days and he worked extremely hard to make sure it was up and running. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. They are professional, polite, intelligent, clean up their mess, and customer service is outstanding. If I could give them 100 stars I would. By the way I LOVE THE HEATER PUMP!!!!!

Beau was prompt, professional and solved my problem quickly. The job required some diagnoses as a prior, less scrupulous pool guy reversed a check valve and left other work half done. Beau had all the answers and was a pleasure to talk to.

after getting 3 other quotes, Beau by far was the most knowledgeable, fairly priced and professional. He installed my pool heater within the time frame he promised. He went out of this way to make sure that all ran smoothly while I was out of town. I would highly recommend Beau and his staff to all my friends and family. I trust he will do right by his clients.
