When I inquired, the service provider was very persistent to get the job, sent me a lot of text messages, called, and left a voice message. I called back, and he offered a discount to get the job and said he could come out the following day, and I agreed. After the job was done, I was told it would take a day to dry. I saw later that day that there was a new sticky stain on my couch from the cleaning solution that they used because it smelled the same. There were still stains on the couch as well as a lot of watermarks. The rug was not cleaned properly either. The inner part of the rug was cleaner than the outer border parts. I reached out to the company that day with pictures, but there was no response. The next day, when the couch was drier, the stains and water marks were still visible. I took more pictures and texted them to the company on Sunday morning, but there was no response. I called later that day and left a message, but there was still no response. I was hoping the owner would reach out on Monday, but he did not. I messaged the company through the Angi app and asked for a call, and he texted me the following day, which was now Tuesday, September 23. He said he was sick and would call me on Wednesday. I did not hear from the company on Wednesday, so I called them and left a message. He texted me on Thursday and said he was still sick and that he could come back Saturday to clean the couch again, but he had a virus and was not sure it was a good idea. I said to contact me when he felt better, but it is now Saturday, and still been no communication. Just seems very unprofessional to ghost a customer; communication should be key. Especially when he was so persistent and pushy with the calls, texts, and messages to get my business, and once he did, and did not do a good job with the couch and rug, he is not ignoring me and claims he is sick. If the owner is sick, he could send someone else to do the job. I could not tell the couch had stains and watermarks at first because it was very wet. The whole cleaning took too fast because he told me it would be about two hours, but it finished in about an hour or less.
Horrible. So Flo Clean was here from 11:15 to 1:47 when he texted me, they were done. He asked me to lower all three air conditioners to 70 degrees while they worked. Finished in 1 1/2 hours. When I came out to pay, Bobby suggested I could pay in cash, so I did. (Shame on me). I did not get on my hands and knees and inspect. (Shame on me) At 3:04, I took a paper towel and wiped the floor, and at 6:55 pm, I wiped my black feet. I texted and sent these photos to him. He texted he had an opening at 1-3 or 2-4 for "A touch up". I texted that I don't think that will work. He texted, "That is what a touch-up is". I texted him at 10:54 am, 9-16-25, asking when he would be here. He texted, "his son was vomiting last night and needed to go to the doctor. I texted Sorry to hear, but to take care of his son. Wednesday, 9-17-25, texted Bobby, "What time will you be here"? He texted, "All three of us are sick. We will give a call in the next couple of days. That was the last I heard from him. I texted on Wed 9-17-25," Maybe I should call Angie's List?" No answer. I have tried calling his business and mobile number, and it just goes to voicemail. I do not want this company in my home ever. My husband and I, age 73 and 76, got on hands and knees with a clean bucket of HOT water and continued to rinse and wipe down the floors. It took us 4 days. Another odd fact is that when I went to pay, I stated you are the owner, and he said no, just works for the company. Yet when we were negotiating his company doing work, he sent a picture of "Three Generations" and it is him. Why would he do that? I have saved the text messages, but do not know how to get them to you if required. Thank you

It’s rare these days to hire someone to do a job and when they are finished and everything is said and done, all you can say is perfect. That was my experience today when Robert Martinez ( Bobby ) cleaned the carpet in my dining and living room. The result was outstanding and better than I had ever expected. The customer service could not have been any better…..professional, efficient and courteous. It was like having a good friend in my home. Thanks for a really well done job!
Outstanding! We had a mysterious stain on our couch cushion, and we were afraid that attempting to clean it would only make it look worse. We were also afraid that this would be too small a job for SoFloClean, because they advertise cleaning services for yachts and private jets. But, Bobby came to our apartment, and in just a few minutes cleaned the cushion and the mysterious stain disappeared. And, it was all done for a very reasonable price! A++
Bobby and his son are a great team! My carpets look fantastic and they were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
