James and his team have remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home. On both occasions the experience was great! They were very professional, detail orientated, provided step by step updates, and an honest/transparent budget. They are my go to, for any home improvement/updates. Though renovations can be stressful, they made it a positive experience.

James and his team were always on time and kept me updated along the process. Before the project started, the if I had any questions on materials he would respond by the next day. James took away all the anxiety of a remodel. I will go to them for any projects I have in the future. Great attention to detail, reasonable pricing and was completed on time. Donâ t hesitate to use them.

Excellent work and attention to detail. I'm a perfectionist and apparently James is, too! From the first conversation, James' communication with us exceeded our expectations. We received prompt answers and helpful suggestions throughout the entire remodel. His crew were probably the most courteous group I have ever had working in my house. Great experience - glad we were able to work with them. Would love to get them to remodel the whole house!

I really can’t say enough about James and his team. He was such a pleasure to work with. He is a man of his word. The work was completed with great attention to detail. The price was reasonable and work was completed on time. If you are looking for someone with integrity who takes pride in his work, this is your guy. I am already looking at other projects that I would like to have James tackle. Great experience!

Very informative and willing to answer any questions regarding the project.  Goes above and beyond customer service.  I was limited to what a normal customer would be required to do physically prior to the beginning of the project. Jim stepped up and made allowances for shopping for the right materials. I looked online for what I liked and he picked it up from the stores instead of having it delivered. They even installed a higher toilet and handrail in my 2nd bathroom to make it safer for me while the renovation was taking place.   8 months after completion, my vanity faucet began to drip. Contacted them because I thought it would be covered under their warranty. He indicated because I picked this out and he, as a courtesy purchased it, the manufacturers warranty should cover. However, the receipt was not given to me for any of the items that they purchased and I am not able to contact the manufacturer without a receipt. Contacted them for the receipt and he could not find it and said he would go to Home Depot where purchased it to get another copy. It has been 2 weeks since this info was given to me. Still waiting 2 weeks later for some word on what is happening regarding the replacement faucet. He indicated that the warranty would not cover but the manufacturer warranty should cover. However, he said since I picked out the faucet his warranty would not cover. This just is not right in the customer service department.  I Hope this repair takes place soon. Recommendation if you hire this company. Read their warranty and make sure you are 100% clear as to what it covers once the job has been completed in the event that something becomes defective.

Great craftsmanship and knowledge. Excellent customer service and fair price. Job started as scheduled, all of my questions were answered quickly throughout the process. I am very happy with their job and I am glad I hired them for my master and family bathroom remodeling. I highly recommend Tri-State Renovation.
