Francisco was great to work with,,,great crew, great craftsman an simply a joy to work with ....hope to have them all over for the completed building dedication. Lots of unforeseen issues like the complications of issuing permitsand the weather but Francisco stayed with us through the whole process. His knowledge of building materials and the trades to craft the work were extremely valuable. Francisco will always be at the top of my list for remodeling and new construction work....these guys are joy to work with!!!

From design, permitting, construction, and completion, we are very happy with the work done by Francisco and his crew. Not only were they professional in their work ethics, but they made considerable effort to keep us informed of their intentions, schedule, and work progress. The crew was always on-time, and put in a full days work; on occasion even working to dark to finish a critical task. The work site was always kept clean at the end of the day. Work quality was exceptional, as evidenced by the many favorable comments we have received from the neighbors, and even strangers. We also appreciate the fact that there was no "budget creep" as the project progressed. We will not hesitate to use Circle Diamond for future projects.

It has been a pleasure to work with Francisco and his crew. We appreciate the fact that design and permitting was all handled quickly and accurately by Francisco. Francisco's advice has proven invaluable in helping us make design decisions. I appreciate that we were continuously kept informed on construction progress, and were constantly solicited to make all those little design/construction decisions that are always a part of a remodeling effort. Francisco is rightfully proud of his work. Quality of work has been outstanding. Will definitely use him again, should we want something else done in the future.

Francisco has been a professional and has earned my business to build my new home in Santa Fe County. He clearly understands his busines.We have not yet broken ground, but he has gone to great lengths to meet with me according to my schedule since I don't yet live in Santa Fe. The house plans were made according to my requests to build the home I want. This is a rare characteristic for Santa Fe builders. The costs are according to my budget. He even met with me 3 times over the Labor day holiday, understanding I have to travel a long way and have a very tight work schedule. I'll update this review after the home is completed Gary E.

Fantastic work! Francisco is a man with outstanding qualities--honesty, integrity, intelligence, dependability. His team of workers exhibit those same qualities. They faced several challenges during the process of installing the new roof and overcame those challenges with true professionalism. I am truly blessed to have chosen Francisco to do the work. I will not hesitate to call him again should I ever need work done on my house.

Francisco and his crew has shown utmost professionalism. He and his employees go the extra mile in quality and in little things that most others overlook. It is a pleasure to work with him and labor force taking on not only the construction but also the red tape that can be overwhelming.

Excellent job ! Fransico and his crew are great to work with. On time, hard working and keep you informed on the project. We had a new flat roof installed, home re-stuccoed, new gates built and other repairs done.Will hire them again for our inside projects.

Francisco and his crew have done a fabulous job with our home, bringing it back up to shape. My wife and I are extremely pleased. He installed new roofing, exterior stucco, paint and woodwork repair and staining. On the interior he repaired drywall, repainted all rooms and repaired tiles. We also had custom corbels made and installed. We had our driveway regraded and rocked, exterior landscaping upgraded and improved drainage installed. At each step of the way during this large project Francisco kept in regular contact with me and made several great suggestions which we incorporated into our project. His crew is very professional and friendly. They did a very good job of keeping the job site cleaned up at the end of every work day. As an absentee owner Francisco earned my complete trust. His eye for detail, follow through and dedication to seeing the job done right was outstanding. We would not hesitate to hire Francisco and his crew for any other additional projects.

Unexpected leak in the roof is not fun - thanks much to Francisco & his team for a very prompt help!

Francisco has been excellent to deal with. I am an absentee owner and he sends pictures and updates me as to progress on the roofing job. So far very pleased. The home also has some water damage to exterior stucco and interior drywall. Will hire Francisco to repair these issues also.
