I live out of state. I was looking for fix my place in Phoenix to sell it. I found Chris via recommendation from my realtors. Chris lacks integrity and follow-through. During the Inspection, there were issues that the inspector found that resulted from Chris's lack of work - like he didn't use the correct lightbulb for the can light, the guest bathroom door resists closure because of the paint and the proximity of the doorstep, the dishwasher wasn't attached to the cabinet in the kitchen, and the kickplate is inside the kitchen sink base cabinet. When I asked him to fixed this after Inspection report, he came up with some excuse that he's sick - surely he has a guy working underneath him that could fix this. Very disappointed. Wish I had gone with someone else. This is NOT how you do business. Do NOT use him. Look for someone with honesty and integrity.

He came out to resolve issues with the sprinkler system, found out it did not need a repair just changes in the program, He noticed there was some differed lawn service and took care of that at a very competitive price. He did a wonderful job dethatching the lawn, trimming the cactus, feeding and trimming the plants.

Chris has done several jobs for me. He installed a garbage disposal, under cabinet lighting, fan instulations,, screen door instulation. He is very conscentios, taking time to be sure each job was done correctly. His work is neat and he always leaves his job sote clea. Chris clalls within a couple days to be sur everything is working properly. I have refered hi to several friens and they are all. Satisfied with his work and haved called him for other projecys
