"Jose and his team painted my entire house, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, and shutters. Excellent job. They helped me so immensely before, during, and after the painting process. They moved furniture into the middle of each room. They removed window dressing hardware and blinds; then replaced everything as it was before. They patiently covered absolutely everything that was not supposed to be painted, including floors, door hinges, light switches, ceiling fans, chandeliers, everything they covered. There was not a drop of paint anywhere but where it was supposed to be. Jose was very very nice. Very communicative. Very thorough. Very professional. He answered every question I had very politely and most of all he and his team patiently worked around me having a cat which had to be moved out of the way whenever it was needed. Anthony contacted me within minutes of my inquiry, was at my house within the hour, and had an estimate for us within 2 hours. Given my individual situation, he moved some things around to ensure that we were taken care of prior to leaving town for vacation. I cannot put a price on the peace of mind this allowed me while away. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and diligently to repair our roof. The price was fair if not more than fair. They won't bandaid your roof, they will repair it. maybe that isn't what you think you want but, trust me, it is definitely what you need. 10/10 all the way around. It took quite a but longer than expect, which did frustrate me since I had to make sleeping accommodations with increased my total cost for the project. "We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."
