Jesse was very accommodating both from a date/time setting to what needed to be done. The unit was installed only a few days ago and it is still working (I will not comment on the performance and quality of the work until a few months pass). The only reason I gave them a 4.5 star vs a 5 star is that when they left, there were small peaces of duct tape and metal on the floor. They could have made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Throughout the process, with my original request being to replace a part that another contractor said was not available, Jesse was very cooperative and professional. He could have won a great rating just on how he handled this. But because of this, we decided to ask him for a quote for a new, high efficiency system. He easily beat three other quotes. And Jesse and his assistant, Will, got our new furnace installed and running when we needed it. I will recommend them to others and hope to use them again for other services. When you have to spend the money on a new furnace, you want to feel good about, if you can. We do, and could not be happier with them.

They responded to my request for service quicky and came to my house promptly. They diagnosed a tricky air conditioner problem, went out to get the part and fixed the problem in a short period of time. Very personable and priced work fairly. I would hire them again if needed.

Jesse was great. came the next day and on time as scheduled. Got me up and running is 30 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Diligent worker, goes further than what the contract states. Only down side is waiting for final township inspection. Of course this has nothing to do with the quality of his workmanship. Definitely would recommend and hire again.
