They were very professional from the beginning. They were also punctual which was important for me because everyone in the house works. They did a nice job and cleaned up well after themselves which you donâ t see much of nowadays.

Unfortunately we did not share the great experiences the other reviewers had for this business. Kamal was very charming and attentive in the beginning but as the brick and concrete work on our front yard and stairs progressed, he stopped returning calls, workers started showing up sporadically or not at all until we had to follow up with Kamal who would make excuses about his mother being in the hospital as to why work was not getting done or workers were not available. I don't see how one has to do with the other as he was not on the job site at all times. Lots of short cuts were attempted - my father and husband literally had to be on watch throughout the process to make sure they were providing structurally sound work. We were smart enough to draw up a detailed contract as to what work was to be done, and at times even that was refuted. He even attempted to start the work before he signed the agreement, glad we did not or we would be even more dissatisfied than we already are. I see that he received great reviews during periods of time he said he was unable to work on our projects, adding weeks to the completion, so easy to see our job was not a priority. During our process, before he started slacking, a neighbor inquired about their service and we said so far, we were pleased. Fast forward to a few weeks when we're trying to get our project completed and he's trying to add additional cost to the quote, when we reminded him that we even referred him to another job, he replied that was "his luck", not our referral. Our neighbor, after finding out how his service fell flat decided not to go with him after all. I guess that's his karma. He promised to power wash the work site after everything was completed. When we were finally nearing the end and asked him about that, he said he would only do that if we hired him for $10k roof job we also had him quote. Bait and switch and smooth talker. WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN again and would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND HIM. We're still stuck with sloppy concrete work right in front of our front gate and a mantle over our front window that was half completed. Sloppy and dishonest!

Two Thumps Up!!! Quality work; fair price and work completed in a timely fashion. What else can you ask for in a contractor. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The work done was exceptional, both in scope, quality of work, and in time to complete work. House looks exceptional. If I could give him a 6 plus I would of done it. Kamal is highly recommended by me, and he will be my go- to contractor when I need one again.

I really didn't expect such professional work to be completed in such a short amount of time. I called Kamal the day before and in two days the work was finished. They can come 24 hours in advance. This has been the best experience I have ever had with contracting and interior painting. Both contractors are extremely experienced, responsible and trustworthy. I left the house to let them both complete the job and when I returned everything was in perfect order. My landlord was also extremely pleased with the contract work.
