Chimney cleaning was ok. PAID THAT BILL. They said I had bad cracks in my chimney cap too and offered to repair. Reviewed Brochure for ?crown coat guaranteed for 15 years?, $400. Accepted proposal. Said they would ?stop by when in the area?. Told them absolutely not, they had to make appointment so I could review their work. Came by when I was not home and did a very thin coat of the product. Looked like a thin coat of ?drylock. Did not look like pictures on brochure attached along with my chimney photos. I complained but was completely ignored. I finally paid very high price for what was delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED would not recommend

The customer had a level, smooth, flat chimney top crown. The product used a crown coat with a 15-year materials warranty. Everything was done correctly, and the photo matches the product. He was looking at brochure photos of a round top chimney crown, which the customer did not have. This product is top-of-the-line, and we guarantee the work for him with a warranty card. This product is used for crown coating only for the chimney top to seal and warrantied.

Ryan was the technician that came to our house and he was so helpful in understanding all the work that needed to be done. He did an inspection and then gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. He was able to do the work , cleaning and replaced a chimney cap, right then. We will definitely be using Jon's company again!

Reasonable price for a chimney liner The technicians and the owner, Jon, answered all our questions. The estimate came with pictures of the inside and outside of chimney. Work was done yesterdayâ they plan to also send pictures of finished project. Very happy with service.
