Cost for inspection of the chimney was $140, and an additional $130, for the cap. I thought the company went above and beyond twice. The first time, is when they came to clean our chimney, along with the inspection and installation of a cap. After looking into the chimney, they did not see much of a need to clean, other then just removing a few leaves. So, they did not charge us for cleaning. I thought being honest to admit that, and caring to bring it up, showed going above and beyond. The second time, I think the company went above and beyond was when they wanted and offered to come back out and re-assess the cap they put on our chimney. We felt something was off 2 days after the cap was installed, so they came out and took the cap off to figure it out. Turns out, it had nothing to do with the cap, but we were grateful and appreciative. The company and employees cared enough to go above and beyond, when we had a concern! This is a company, I would recommend!
