Today i had Jonathan out here for an inspection. He was so courteous, explained what he was doing, explained the state of our chimney (wood burning), the risks of our neighbors tree and recommended a chimney cover. He was not overbearing, did not pressure me into sales. I like how he educated me on some things i didnt know about my chimney as well. I am comfortable knowing my chimney is safe to use especially with me having children inside the home. The price was amazing too! I highly recommend them!

When I asked for an email with an estimate of the additional of the additional work they were recommending, it was not itemized. I requested an itemize estimate two weeks ago, and it has not been received.

Provided a thorough and professional report of findings from the chimney inspection. Explained in detail all of the recommended repairs and answered all my questions. The technicians were courteous, keep in communication on progress and were very attentive to protecting the work area inside and outside our home. They showed me pictures of the completed work. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Work was completed as per the contract and on time. I recommend them if you just need your chimney cleaned or if more extensive work is needed.
